How do I wash my new onesie or tee? TOP
You can wash your onesie or tee in the washing machine on cold water and dry in the dryer on low or medium heat. You may also iron your onesie or tee on the cotton setting with steam from the reverse side of the garment.
Will the paint fade on my onesie or tee? TOP
The paint that I use is a high quality paint that withstands numerous washings. The metallic colors used in some of our creations may leave a few small flakes that are left over from the design process, but do not affect the wear and tear of the garment.
I would like a frog or other special design on my onesie or tee can you do special orders? TOP
I do offer a special order service and I can design almost anything except for licensed cartoon characters or sports logos. Please send me an email and I will give you additional information about our special order.
Why are your onesies or tees only available in long sleeve? TOP
We offer long sleeve onesies and tees in the fall/winter season and short sleeves in the spring/summer season. But, if you are in desperate need of short sleeves, just let me know. I may have some in the size you need.
I need several onesies or tees for a fundraiser, do you offer a fundraising program? TOP
We offer fundraising programs for children's related charities or activities. Please send us an email and we will get you more details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive TOP
I can have your onesie or tee made in about 2-3 days. You will have your onesie delivered to you within 5-7 business days.
What is the last day to place an order for Holiday delivery? TOP
All holiday orders must be received no later than December 10th to ensure delivery by Christmas.
Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP
All of our items come wrapped in a tissue paper bundle with ribbon streamers. Tees and onesies are placed in a gift bag with a gift tag at no additional charge, just request it in the special info section with your order.
